Booking, payment and cancellation

Booking and payment

When you send a request, we reply by email to confirm availability and price. To secure the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is required. The deposit is not refundable. Once the deposit is received, we email you an invoice confirming the booking.

The balance is due 60 days before departure. If you book less than 60 days before departure, the full amount is due at booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, write to wildlifepantanaltours@gmail.com as soon as possible. A cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written notice.

• Cancellation 59 to 39 days before departure: 50% of the total paid is refunded.
• Cancellation 39 days or less before departure: no refund.
• Once the tour has started, no refund is given for unused services.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation or curtailment, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss or theft of luggage and personal belongings. Make sure it also covers activities such as tracking wild animals and horseback riding.

Itinerary changes

Wildlife Pantanal Tours may change your itinerary or accommodation in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, water levels or lodge availability.
